Course description

This course introduces Municipal Development Forum (MDF) on various forms of conflict and ways of managing conflict in an organization. It provides the participant with the understanding of conflict and how to manage them effectively.

The purpose of this training however, is to enable MDF members mobilized towards prevention, reduction and resolution of conflicts in order to create harmony and peace in the municipal council and community as a whole
