Course description

The success of an organization depends very much on its leadership and how the organization is managed. Leadership and management skills help organization to realize their goals and growth.

Like any other organization, Members of MDF in the local government play both roles of leaders and managers of their respective forum.

This course is meant to provide the skills and knowledge they need to perform their functions .It will exposes MDF to concepts of leadership and management, qualities of leadership, leadership practices and tips on effectiveness of MDF.
