Course description

This course introduces members of Municipal Development Forum into two modules that’s, introduction to participatory planning, strategic planning and community mobilisation in the Local Government. Planning is one way through which community problems can be addressed and mobilization is the mechanism of creating awareness, raying participation and contribution from the community in addressing community challenges.

Therefore, the purpose of this training is to provide MDF members with the skills and knowledge to come out with strategic plans and community action plans necessary for addressing community challenge so as to promote development.
