Course Description

This module exposes the Municipal Development Forum to structures of local government and roles of various stake holders. It traces the roles of the local councils, administrative unites, committee and Municipal Development Forum among others. The training is intended to enlighten MDF members to the role of their partners in development, the council so that they can interface in service delivery. The understanding of structures, roles, functions in local government will reduce on conflict, mistrust and create liaison between the council and the community.
