This course will introduce the participants to decentralization in Uganda issues.it covers background of decentralization, the aims and objectives, forms of decentralization and challenges of implementation in Uganda

This training is intended to equip the members of Municipal Development Forum with the knowledge and understanding of decentralization in Uganda. The deeper understanding of this training however, will help the members of Municipal Development Forum to appreciate their roles and that of others in the local government to improve service delivery.
